In The Nature of Reality – Pt.2 – Perception, I wrote about how I was taught the makeup of perception during my NDE. How we control it, and how it is directly tied to its corresponding version of reality. There is a formula, a guideline, that we can use to become more aware of the creation of our perception. We can redefine our perception or at the very least practice filtering it, which in turn will tie us to a new reality.
Two Boxes
Next, the being showed me something that resembled two rectangular floating boxes. The top half of each box was made out of some type of translucent-white glass, while the bottom of each box was not structured and looked like it turned into a floating fog or a cloudlike base. The boxes were floating a few feet in front of me. It felt like I could reach out and touch them. The interiors resembled black portals to space, bottomless. There were gold glowing letters and symbols falling into each box. They would disappear into the darkness when they entered. I didn’t recognize the letters and symbols but I knew, and could feel and understand what they meant. If I focused, I was able to push the letters and symbols mentally into the box I chose. If I stopped focusing on the letters and symbols they would drop randomly into one of the boxes. The flow was constant. If I focused, I had control over where they went. The lesson was fairly simple, one box represented positivity, and one box represented negativity. I distinctly remember being shown an “addition sign”, dropping into each box, and understood it to be just that, addition and/or stacking.
This teaching somehow felt more physical than theoretical. The being was at my 11 o’clock watching the letters and symbols enter the boxes with me. It seemed like we watched the boxes for a while, there were a lot of letters and symbols flowing into each box continuously. The message was simple, fill your box with positivity and you will create the perception and live the reality tied to positivity. Fill the box with negativity and it will do the same. The boxes were another example of how we are in control more than we are led to believe.
- Teaching Breakdown:
- Positive and Negative Boxes = represented us, the makeup of us
- Boxes with structured top, cloudlike bottom = represented our material world (top) and our connection to the other side (cloud/fog)
- Boxes floating physically near = I could reach out and affect them. I had the ability and the control, it’s within us, within reach
- Box interiors with black portal to space = represented endlessness. There is no end to this, any of it. We are eternal.
- Gold glowing letters and symbols = represented value. There is value or weight in even the smallest positive or negative input.
- Constant flow of the letters and symbols = represented our constant feed of input from our environments, our lives.
- Mentally moving the letters and symbols = represented how focus is needed to quickly change perception and if we don’t focus, the items fall randomly where they may. It also represented the application of feeling.
- Addition sign “+” = idea of stacking items into the box represented momentum, a buildup. Positive or negative stacking
The formula in The Nature of Reality – Pt.2 – Perception teaching, gives us an opportunity to measure and filter our daily ingested material. It gives us a means to put conscious and unconscious perception creation into our hands. The boxes from this teaching allow us to apply feeling, attitude, and understanding. Attitude and feeling are within our control.
Exercise:
The Two Notebooks
This exercise is something that came to me when I was writing down notes on my NDE. I believe it was a download to represent this teaching because I don’t know where it came from. Give it a try and let me know if it worked for you.
Step 1: Buy two identical notebooks. Do not label them. In the first book, you will pick a clean page daily. Do not label the day or date, just pick a clean page. Throughout the day write down one word negative descriptions of how you feel when you come upon a daily scenario, a personal interaction, argument, a news headline, a social post, a song, television show, movie, etc.
Step 2: In the second book, write down how many times you feel Love during the day. Use a new page every day, no dates, no labels, just descriptions.
Step 3: Every night before bed, mix up the books and randomly grab a book in the morning and open it. Flip through to a new page for the day. If it’s the negative book, you will most likely have more negativity to flip through. If it’s the love book, you might not have many pages to flip through. After a week, you might have 7 pages of negativity to flip through and only 2 pages of the love book. Now imagine multiplying that by a year, then a lifetime. Your books are your inputs that create your perception which is creating a reality that you live daily. The work begins when you want to rebalance your books or stack the love book in your favor. *Tip: The quickest way to feel love is to give love.
The Takeaway
We now have a formula to measure and filter our daily ingested material. And now we have a teaching that outlines how focus can be applied to “feeling and attitude” to grant us control over positivity and negativity in our lives. Without focus our positive and negative inputs fall randomly on our lives creating a perception and a reality we may not want to be a part of. The two boxes teaching, as well as the two notebooks in the exercise above, allow us to understand that we are in control of so much more than we think we are. We can control our attitudes our feelings, our perception, and ultimately our realities.
In the next teaching I will write about how the being explained Connectedness and Separation.
