A Near Death Experience – Pt.6

There wasn’t a tunnel of light for me, or bright lights and shapes, or angels and demons, there was nothing, just black, and then there was something. I didn’t feel like I had died. I still felt like myself. In fact I didn’t realize what had happened. I didn’t have a recollection of anything other than where I was at that moment. And I was no longer at home.

The first thing I noticed was that I could see 360 degrees at the same time. It’s very difficult to explain, it’s more felt or equally a feeling as sight. It’s an overwhelming feeling of being connected to everything, like a fine mist that covers all things. I noticed that I was standing or felt like I was standing because I didn’t see or notice any arms or legs or bodily features, but I felt like I had them. I was outdoors, it was dusk, in a foggy environment, standing on short, wild grass that was between two small, green hills. I could see smooth gray rocks sticking out from the grass that looked like half buried footballs you could step on or over. It looked like where you’d find sheep grazing. I didn’t feel any temperature, or wind, and I didn’t hear anything at that moment. It was strangely silent. The fog there formed what seemed like a 10-20 yard bubble around me. I couldn’t make anything out beyond 10-20 yards in an equal 360 degrees around me but I could sense and feel something beyond the fog.

I started moving in the direction of 10 o’clock for what seemed like a few yards. I wasn’t walking as much as I felt like I was floating, but I could still feel the squish of the grass beneath me. Hard to explain because it felt weightless and not weightless at the same time. When I moved over the grass, I could feel light. The grass had a glow to it.

A small hill took shape to my right. As it came within view at my 2 o’clock, I noticed a man sitting on a rock about 8 feet up. He was sitting leaned over with his legs dangling from the edge of the rock. His elbows were resting on his thighs and his hands were clenched together in between his legs as if he had been waiting for me.
